These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jitway ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the jitway online casino and sports betting platform available at jitway.org.

• You are of sound mind and are not acting under coercion, intoxication, or any mental incapacity that would affect your understanding of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the jitway platform or through any responsible gaming programme operated by jitway.

jitway reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the player relationship, including at the time of any withdrawal request. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion at any time may result in the immediate suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) jitway account. Creating, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or via a different payment method — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. jitway reserves the right to permanently close all accounts associated with a player found to hold multiple accounts and to confiscate any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. The following information is required at the point of registration:

• Valid email address

jitway reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any point. You may be required to submit copies of a valid national ID card, passport, utility bill, or other documentation confirming your identity and address. Accounts that fail KYC verification or that provide false documentation will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

jitway accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following approved local payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional channels may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of available channels is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the platform.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. jitway reserves the right to reverse any deposit found to originate from a third-party account and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

• Minimum single deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: subject to your current account tier and any promotional limits in effect at the time of deposit
• Deposits are credited to your jitway account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)
• jitway does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jitway applies this policy to prevent money laundering and to ensure that winnings are returned to the verified account holder. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. During high-volume periods or when additional verification is required, processing times may be extended; jitway will notify you of any material delay.

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been satisfied
• jitway reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a defined threshold
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the player's own name will be declined

jitway offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the point of the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotional page states otherwise.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and may only be used for wagering on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount; specific requirements are stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed on the jitway platform. Category-specific rules (for example, cricket in-play rules, slot RTP disclosures, and live dealer table rules) are available within the relevant game or betting market on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmed acceptance notification from the jitway platform. Bets that are not confirmed — for example, due to a network interruption or a temporary odds freeze — are not considered valid and will not be settled.
• Odds changes: For pre-match sports bets, the odds applicable at the exact moment your bet is accepted are the odds that will be used for settlement. jitway does not guarantee that odds displayed on the platform at any point in time will remain available for acceptance.
• In-play betting: Live and in-play betting markets operate under an accelerated acceptance process. Odds may change rapidly; jitway reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of high volatility, live broadcast delays, or score updates.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in the event of event cancellation, abandonment, a data feed error, a technical malfunction on the jitway platform, or where a bet has been accepted at a clearly erroneous odds price. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Maximum winnings: jitway may apply maximum single-event payout limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. jitway reserves the right to withhold any payout that exceeds the stated maximum, with the excess returned to the applicable limit.
• Cricket specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, jitway follows standard market-specific settlement rules. Matches abandoned after a minimum number of overs will be settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method or declared void where no result is possible under the applicable rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jitway platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security infrastructure
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Making deposits from, or requesting withdrawals to, payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jitway staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to use your jitway account

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in any platform content and does not permit you to:

jitway's total aggregate liability to any individual player, in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall limit jitway's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jitway reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) or more months
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• A request by a competent authority or regulatory body

In the event of account closure due to a player's voluntary request, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after the deduction of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within seven (7) business days.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation or fraud, jitway reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, to forfeit the balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
